Cakes and confectioneries We are dedicated to make high quality cakes, using Happy Valley free range eggs and real butter.
All cakes are decorated with chocolate curls and splatters of gold.
Messages can be done on a golden plaque. The plaques are big enough for 3 words.
Wedding cakes can be made in any of the following flavours. Please contact us to discuss your requests. Classic Cakes: Carrot and Pecan: 2 layers of moist and spicy carrot cake, made with pineapple and cranberries. Iced with cream cheese icing and topped with pecan nuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon. White chocolate curls and gold finishes this cake off perfectly. Vanilla, Granadilla or Lemon Sponge: 2 layers of vanilla cake soaked with a vanilla flavoured syrup, iced with vanilla, granadilla or lemon icing, white choc curls and gold. Vanilla Espresso: 2 layers of espresso flavoured sponge cake, soaked in a vanilla syrup and iced with an espresso icing. The cake is decorated with white chocolate curls and gold. Red Velvet: 2 layered red velvet cake, frosted with cream cheese icing, white chocolate curls and gold. 18cm serves 10-12 R210

Lime and Coconut: Lime and coconut cake soaked in lemon and lime syrup with coconut flavoured icing and decorated with white chocolate curls and gold. Gold Rush: 3 layers of chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache and iced with chocolate buttercream. Chocolate curls, gold and gold leaf, finishes this cake off, beautifully.
